Need to be PMP certified, understand the financial world and have external customer experience.

Our customer's client is requiring 70 of their customers to convert from their current host system to a new host system and these PM's will be managing this migration. Each conversion will take approximately 2 months. Many of these customers are not going to be happy with this conversion, hence, the need for good external customer facing experience. Will be working at Custmer's office in Norcross. Casual environment-jeans, etc...

Responsibilities/Typical Deliverables:
o Plans and manages multiple projects for higher-risk financial institutions end-to-end

o Delivers project schedules, status reports and dashboards

o Delivers meeting agendas and minutes

o Defines project task priorities within project structure

o Defines project priorities between multiple projects

o Communicates with project resources issues/impacts to schedule

o Deliver high level of customer service as measured by CustomerSAT
o Use CMS tools such as Pivotal (queue, prioritization, cycle time measures) to deliver work

o Defines and implements new processes for onboarding products

o Utilizes existing process and leverages experiences from previous projects

o Delivers reports on process improvement initiatives

o Delivers reports on new team processes for onboarding new product implementations

o Understands internal influences in the organization

o Understands what's important to the project and priorities

o Encourages successful communication among team members

o Drives team members to shared vision

o Clarifies information, communicates and closes gaps, resolves issues and manages the details

o Understands broader scope and constraints

o Provides work breakdown structure for project planning and scope definition

o Highly organized with attention to quality work

o Follows key project management methodology

o Ability to problem solve, identify solutions and escalations

o Ability to recognize change in project scope and adjust accordingly

o Ability to recognize high-level opportunities for improvement and change

o Working knowledge of personal computers, with the ability to organize information using tools including, but not limited to: database management, spreadsheets, word processing, or other business applications software

o Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint

o Strong attention to detail with excellent follow up and tracking skills

o Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated teamwork
o Communicates effectively and clearly, works well with others and willingly responds to requests for assistance
